Rooney isn’t saying it’s Pep’s fault.
He’s saying the teams wanting to play Peps style are not able to match it. He is saying Pep has set such a high bar and mastered that style of play that it’s not possible for these countries to match it.
Calm the fuck down. It’s not a jab at Pep. It’s a jab at the imitators.
