Etta Eyong is one of the names that Barcelona is considering for the next summer transfer window. The club already contemplated signing him a few months ago, but the salary cap prevented a financially very favorable deal. His price has risen, although he remains of interest. The blaugrana club is closely following his participation in AFCON to assess his performance in his first major international tournament.

Eyong has become one of the great names on the African continent in a very short time. His goal-scoring ability is beyond doubt, and in the Africa Cup he proved it again by scoring his first goal on his debut against Gabon, which deservedly secured victory for Cameroon.

Etta Eyong has been revealed at Levante and will surely enter the market starting from June. His price has been appraised after Villarreal's sale to Levante this summer, and the two clubs are practically obliged to sell for an offer of 15 million euros, although his release clause goes up to 30 million.
