Saint-Etienne 1-3 PSG: Hat-trick of assists for Messi in Ramos' PSG debut

  /  R47

PSG brushed aside doubts over Mauricio Pochettino's future, amid links to the Manchester United job, as they came from behind to beat 10-men St Etienne 3-1.

Match Report

Pochettino's future with the Parisians dominated the headlines pre-match but his players showed no distraction. They dominated much of the first-half but Denis Bouanga gave St Etienne the lead with a rebound inside the box. But they got on level terms when Timothee Kolodziejczak was sent off on the stroke of half-time and Marquinhos scored from the resulting free-kick.

The visitors  side started the second-half as they left the first but they squandered many glaring opportunities before Angel Di Maria put them ahead with just over 10 minutes to go. Marquinhos struck again with an injury time header to secure the win for PSG.
