Samuel Umtiti named All Football Man of the Match as France beat Belgium to enter WC final

Samuel Umtiti is the hero for France national team as he scores the winning goal for Les Bleus to see off Belgium and progress to 2018 World Cup final.

Belgium are a threat over the course of the game as Eden Hazard and co. have attacked Hugo Lloris' goal on several occasions.

Not only did Umtiti make seven clearances to deny the Red Devils, he scored the winner for Didier Deschamps' side as they enter World Cup final for the first time in 12 years.

The 24-year-old met Antoine Griezmann's corner in the near post to head home at 51st minute.

France were in the final of Euro 2016, but Cristiano Ronaldo's Portugal spoiled the host nation's party when Eder hit a extra time winner.

Umtiti and co. will hope to avoid such misfortune as they will face England or Croatia in final on July 15th.

The Barcelona defender has formed a solid partnership with Raphael Varane to help France claim their fourth clean sheet in six matches.

It is only his third international goal as the first two were scored in friendlies, and today's header must certainly be the most vital one.

Congratulations to Umtiti and France!
