Manchester United remain furious with Jadon Sancho, believing him to be unfit and nonchalant about his exclusion out of the side, FootballTransfers has been informed.
As we revealed this year, Erik ten Hag felt he must give the winger one more chance this campaign, but the public spat between the pair means that Man Utd will prepare to actively look for a loan opportunity in January, something which may become problematic given the player's current wage. We are told that Sancho’s conduct has also seen his England opportunities dry up under Gareth Southgate, who will continue to overlook the former Borussia Dortmund winger for forthcoming games.
Man Utd had talks over the summer over a possible move for Sancho to Saudi Arabia, but ultimately it fell too close to the deadline to get anything wrapped up. It is, however, an avenue that Man Utf will continue to explore in 2024.
However, from Sancho's point of view, the crux of the issue is that Antony gets picked no matter how badly he plays or how many mistakes he makes. No matter how many situations he screws up, he is favoured by Ten Hag. It’s believed from some quarters that the Brazilian gets treated like the manager's golden child - and he knows and acts like it. His addition last year has been the start of the issue between Ten Hag and Sancho, we are informed.
There has been some shade thrown on the concept that Man Utd will bring in a star centre-back this January, amid links to the likes of Antonio Silva and Goncalo Inacio. There is the feeling that Man Utd would rather do their business in the summer window rather than January. Club sources, meanwhile, told FootballTransfers that any action or planning pertaining to the winter window is pre-mature.
Furthermore, this may mean that Giorgio Scalvini of Atalanta will be out of reach. Sources in Italy describe the youngster as one of the next big things to come out of Serie A, while those close to the Bergamo club say that any deal for the defender would be around the £50million mark - perhaps more. Atalanta also remain reluctant to allow their player leave half-way through the season. The club believe that they will get more value in the summer, in any case.

am a true man united fan....I don't like wat Ronaldo did....u might blame the coach but that was his responsibility...no one in the team shd be bigger than the one that selects them.... meanwhile Sancho shd just leave he's too young to luk elsewea...to light too lazy......Antony is a fighter.....he shd just make sme little adjustments and corrections.......man united shd first drop one of Bruno and mount and play only one at ago ......mind u all of us shd know that we are real lagging behind bse of injuries, indiscipline and saga on going in the club... it's true we want our club back to it's winning ways....

even though Antony is favored always but the truth is Antony is not lazy when ever he's on the pitch. he really help defensively which Sancho will not do. Coach cannot keep playing a lazy player.

Sancho prefers to attend fashion shows in Paris rather than improving himself on the pitch

Sancho as one of the star players at Dortmund because the environment offered there suited him both on and off the field. Not the kind of biases and prejudice now seen at Man U under Ten Hag. The player revolt is the last thing Man U would want, but there appears to be body language amongst some players showing that both the team management the playing staff are not in harmony. Divide and rule, favoritism of certain players etc is what Ten Hag is now known for. Sancho will move on, hopefully to club(s) that will appreciate him. Ten Hagg is now walking on tight rope, hoping that it won't break anytime sooner.

Football is a team sport, the coach will hold certain players in higher esteem because they follow the instructions and play according to what was demanded. The players must be willing to adapt to the style of play and priorities the team 1st. Antony and JS are total opposites, while one thinks he’s a super star who can demand the team plays to him or be the part of the team to try and fit into the shape the coach wants. JS should swallow his pride and bide him time. Look at HM, he was finally playing like he did when he 1st joined. He waited and when the opportunity comes, play like a player you were paid to be. Compared to HM, JS has more than a decade to go, a mark like this could end his career prematurely, he’s already no longer considered for the national team and I could see this incident has further damaged his reputation as a Prima Donna
