A source revealed:
“The deal for Cristiano Ronaldo to join Al Hilal and participate in the Club World Cup is very close to being officially announced. The player has long expressed a desire to compete in this tournament, and negotiations have progressed significantly in recent days.”
The report also highlights a highly anticipated scenario: if the move is finalized, Ronaldo’s debut for Al Hilal could come against his former club Real Madrid, who are scheduled to face Al Hilal in the opening match of the Club World Cup group stage.
