Tottenham left-back Danny Rose is discussing a move to Bundesliga side Schalke.
The England international will be allowed to leave on an initial loan with view to making the deal a permanent.
The 28-year-old has struggled to regain a regular spot in Mauricio Pochettino's starting XI after a series of injuries and Ben Davies' excellent form.
More to follow.

good idea to win a lot of experience and to avoid injurys . dont forget Bentaleb when was with spurs he suffers a lot of injurys but with Schalke he's one of the best in Bundesliga.

Do you not (or any of the nay sayers) trust in our quality youth team? How are the players like Winks, Walker-Peters, Kane and the like supposed to come through to make the first team if not by being trusted by the coaching staff to do so?! Toby going? SO?? We have Carter-Vickers and Foythe. Rose going? We have Walker-Peters. Dembele going? We have (when back from injury) Winks or Onomah (oh and likely Grealish) I think honestly, we'll be fine. Just my opinion though.
