According to Italian journalist Schira's report on July 18, Tottenham Hotspur are prepared to pay Manchester City €80 million to sign Brazilian winger Savinho.
The 22-year-old winger had a disappointing campaign at Manchester City last season, making only 14 starts across 36 appearances and contributing 4 goals and 2 assists.
According to Schira, Tottenham are pushing to complete the deal, offering Manchester City €80 million (approximately £68 million) for the transfer.
The report states that Savinho has already agreed to a contract with Tottenham until 2031, with the option to extend until 2032.
