Game is over and the final score is Sevilla 3-0 Real Madrid. Here is the match report, Los Blancos miss the chance to go top as Marcelo forced off with injury.
Match Events
17' GOAL! Sevilla 1-0 Real Madrid (Andre Silva)
Sarabia steals the ball from Casemiro in midfield after a sloppy pass from Marcelo and he immediately looks up and sends an incisive pass into the channel for Navas who gets into the penalty area and squares it for Silva!
21' GOAL! Sevilla 2-0 Real Madrid (Andre Silva)
A Madrid corner-kick is cleared by Sevilla who get it immediately to Navas on the right who busts a gut to get into the penalty area. The captain fires a shot at Courtois who parries it right into the centre of the penalty area for Silva who arrived in the area slightly after Navas.
39' GOAL! Sevilla 3-0 Real Madrid (Ben Yedder)
Unbelievable scenes at the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan as Sevilla find the net yet again! A short corner-kick routine allows Banega to deliver the ball into the box from a different angle. Varane meets the cross with a clearing header but only finds Vazquez just outside the penalty area. The midfielder volleys a pass forward and finds Ben Yedder onside!
53' DISALLOWED GOAL! Modric's shot offside
Modric does well to break into the penalty area and chip the ball over Vaclik, but the newly crowned best player in the world is unable to keep onside during the pass. The referee originally gives the goal on the pitch, but VAR is used correctly and Madrid are kept goalless!
Match Report
Real Madrid suffered their first LaLiga defeat of Julen Lopetegui's reign on Wednesday, as they were comprehensively beaten 3-0 by an Andre Silva-inspired Sevilla at the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan.
Lopetegui's side were hoping to make the most of Barcelona's loss at Leganes earlier in the day, but they were taken apart by Pablo Machin's Sevilla and rarely looked like clawing their way back.
Madrid had no answer to the hosts in the first half, with a Silva brace and Wissam Ben Yedder volley leaving Los Blancos stunned at the interval.
Any chance of a comeback appeared to vanish early in the second half when a goal from Luka Modric – named the Best FIFA Men's Player on Monday – was correctly disallowed by VAR, and Sevilla were ultimately good value for the win.

Defenders:missing (404 error) Goalkeeper: Loading Striker: If found please contact 911[Cry] Midfielders:Where are you now that I need you🎵 Worst performance from them today! The formation was good but the players that filled them weren't suppose to be there. For instance nacho isn't a full back or at least not yet. Lopetegui should've given Benzema a rest and start Mariano instead. We can't show these performances so early especially in big matches like this. Hope we bounce back against atletico. Hala Madrid all the way no matter what!!!

It comes a time as a coach you learn more of what your opponent have before going into a match. The problem with Madrid is that they are forgetting they had an identity before what the coach is introducing. To be honest I love the way they hold possession but are very predictable. They also don't have someone who is central to the way they play. No anchor player like Barca has Messi while previously they had Cr7. The coach needs to know that against teams such as Sevilla and Atletico, you employ a fast counter attacking game mixed with high pressing possession based football.

This coach has similarities with morinho, if things are going wrong he has no tactics to apply. Not changes of players always work but telling players what to do is important. at least the looks somewhat then change the game and make your back well equipped. this is what happened at Roma. He failed to defend and failed to score. Just to take Dembele at the right side is a hard decision. Thank God Madrid lost their match.
