Atletico Madrid's internationals have been returning from their time with their national teams and the focus is now on this Saturday's meeting with Eibar in LaLiga Santander.
In Thursday's training session, Diego Simeone tried out a new-look XI.
He set his outfielders up as follows: Juanfran, Jose Maria Gimenez, Lucas Hernandez, Filipe Luis; Koke, Rodri, Saul, Thomas Lemar; Antoine Griezmann, Diego Costa.
When attacking they played in a 4-1-4-1, while they set up in a 4-4-2 when defending.
It'll be interesting to see if the line-up against Eibar resembles this training ground XI, as it could mean Diego Godin being given a rest.
Not in line to play at the weekend are the injured trio of Santiago Arias, Vitolo and Nikola Kalinic, plus the suspended Stefan Savic.
The good news, though, was that Angel Correa worked out and participated in the day's session, having shaken off a knock picked up while on Argentina duty.
