According to Sky Sports, new Milan coach Ruben Amorim recently called Leao, but it was merely a courtesy call and they did not discuss tactical plans or his future.
In the days prior, Milan's number 10 had repeatedly suggested that his time with the Rossoneri was over, but he has since adjusted his comments. Sky Sports reported that the Portuguese coach's appointment may have also shifted the player's perspective on his future at the club.
