Arne Slot claimed he has no remaining issues to resolve with Mohamed Salah, after the latter returned to Liverpool's squad.
Salah came off the bench to set up Hugo Ekitike's second goal in Saturday's 2-0 win over Brighton at Anfield.
That assist saw Salah set a new record for Premier League goal contributions for a single club, with 277 to his name (188 goals, 89 assists).
The Egyptian had been left out of Liverpool's squad against Inter in midweek, in the wake of his criticism of the club and Slot after the Reds' 3-3 draw with Leeds United.
Salah will now head off to the Africa Cup of Nations, but Slot insisted his previous comments were now water under the bridge.
"For me, there is no issue to resolve," the Liverpool boss said.
"He is now the same as any player. You talk to your players if you are happy or unhappy with things, but there is nothing for me to talk about after what happened against Leeds after the game.
"What has been said between the two of us in that conversation stays between us. What you see is what you get to know, that he was in the squad and my first substitution.
"All the other things that have been said in that conversation, I never speak about when I speak to Virgil [van Dijk] or Mo [Salah] or any other player. I never tell [the media] what we talk about."
Salah applauded the Anfield faithful after full-time, and doubts remain over the 33-year-old's Liverpool future ahead of the January transfer window.
"He wasn't the only player who walked around the pitch thanking the fans because the fans deserved a thank you from us," Slot added.
"Our players worked incredibly hard to keep a clean sheet and for the first time in weeks, maybe months, we had a little bit of luck.
"Mo is going to go to the AFCON now. I hope he is going to do very well and, in the meantime, we have to play here without him with not that many players available.
"He's a Liverpool player and the moment he's [here], I like to use him when we need him."

This SLOT of Liverpool their is something fishy going on between Carragher and Steven Gérard on SALAH what ever you call it I agree , Jealously and even an enemy within , No whatsoever player from Liverpool since 150 years from the club none did what SALAH done this is the fact. You're heartless jealous humans he broke all records of the club within 7 seasons. That's made you madness. Wishing SALAH ALLAH'S PROTECTION and belive me nothing will to him only on ALLAH'S WILL.. UNCIRCUMCISED JEALOUS DIRTY .

No issues... so why did he start from bench? Doesn't this coach know that Salah has higher key passes/90 mins compared to last season, 5 key passes alone in Brighton match and he played for 60 mins or so. For the "out of form" guys, Salah is receiving 33% less key passes from his team mates.... Yeah, keep judging only on goals and shots like Carragher....
