FC Barcelona forward Luis Suarez sent out a positive message on Twitter after the Champions League disappointment he and his side suffered this season.
With the Copa del Rey final still to go, Suarez tried to raise spirits of Barca fans.
“Work looking forward because you can always improve,” wrote the Uruguayan striker on Twitter. “Learning from the most difficult moments even if the situation is very painful! It’s hard but we need to be positive.”
Barcelona face Eibar on Sunday in the last league game of the season and then play Valencia in the Copa del Rey final at the Benito Villamarin the following Saturday.
Suarez is not going to feature as he recovers after knee surgery.

I can’t believe Barca fans are crucifying Suarez. Barca simply lost to a much better team. This current Liverpool team is extremely good. It’s really not the Suarez fault. Suarez was not getting support from the midfield. You need to revamp your midfield. Rakatic and Busquets need to go. They are not mobile anymore. Liverpool’s midfield is dynamic and over ran Barca.
