The Sun claims that new Manchester City boss Enzo Maresca wants to strengthen his attacking options. The Portuguese international previously played under Maresca at Stamford Bridge, and the transfer fee could reach Β£70 million.
Although Chelsea view him as an important member of their squad, they are still willing to enter into negotiations. Milan are also monitoring Neto's situation, but the 26-year-old prefers to stay in the Premier League.
