According to the latest report from Marca, Marc-André ter Stegen has a resolute attitude: he will not leave the team, nor will he engage in media hype.
The report states that ter Stegen has not reached an agreement with Galatasaray; in fact, he has not received any offers at all, and Monaco has not made any bids either. The player himself has made his stance clear: he will not leave Barcelona. He is neither willing to listen to offers, nor actively seeking other clubs, nor participating in media speculation. Even if the club brings in Joan García and applies pressure to force him to leave, it has no impact on him.
His intention is to compete for the starting goalkeeper position within Barcelona's squad. Throughout his career, he has never considered other options and plans to approach the 2025-26 season with this mindset. He firmly believes that he will return to 100% fitness next season, reclaiming the peak form he showed before suffering a knee injury last season. Both the surgery and his rehabilitation have been highly successful, and ter Stegen has no doubt about his ability to continue defending the goal.
Therefore, the crux of the issue lies with Barcelona. If they truly want ter Stegen to leave, their room for maneuver is extremely limited. The only way to make him depart is to terminate his contract, but considering he still has three years left on his deal, this would be financially unfeasible.

his salary is making him stay don't think he love the club...he earns 350 per week (approximately) knowing he won't get even 200 per week in any new clubs he doesn't want to leave...laura

Why would they terminate his contract. Because you’re buying another keeper. If you desperately want someone out then don’t activate Szczesny for another year. Let him go and rest. Dont be treating your old employees anyhow. That’s my take!
