The former Real Madrid star has won the Champions League, Premier League and LaLiga multiple times. Now he can claim more silverware with Al Nassr.
At the age of 39, former Real Madrid icon Cristiano Ronaldo could just be a few hours away from winning a new trophy for the first time in his career with Saudi Pro League club Al Nassr.
The Portugal captain has, of course, amassed a huge collection of both individual and team silverware throughout his distinguished career. And he will have the opportunity to add to it on Saturday when Al Nassr take on arch rivals Al Hilal in the final of the Saudi Super Cup.
The game will be a repeat of the 2023 Arab Champions Cup final, which Al Nassr won 2-1 after extra time. Inevitably, Ronaldo scored both of his team’s goals to win his first trophy with the Riyadh-based club.
Al Nassr have won the Saudi Super Cup twice in the past, but not since the former Manchester United attacker joined at the start of 2023. They lifted the trophy in back-to-back years in 2019 and 2020.
How many trophies has Cristiano Ronaldo won in his career?
Should Al Nassr emerge victorious, it will be the 18th different trophy Ronaldo has won at club level since starting his professional career with Sporting Lisbon. His list of honours includes five Champions League triumphs, seven league titles and seven domestic cups, part of an overall club tally of 31 trophies.
In additional, the five-time Ballon d’Or winner has also won two trophies with Portugal, the 2016 European Championship and the 2018/19 UEFA Nations League, taking his total number of tournament victories to 33.

After scoring 50 goals in 51 appearances in all competitions for Al Nassr last season, including 35 in 31 Saudi Pro League games, Ronaldo is already off the mark in 2024/25, his 23rd season as a professional.
In his team’s 2-0 victory over Al Taawoun in the semifinals of the Saudi Super Cup on Wednesday, the Portuguese star set up teammate Ayman Yahya for the opening goal of the game in the early stages then scored the second himself just before the hour mark.
