It's not taken Barcelona long to respond to Liverpool coach Jurgen Klopp, who said that Camp Nou is 'just a stadium' and that it's not a temple of the game.
The German coach's comments did not go down well ahead of Wednesday's Champions League semifinal between the two clubs.
Barça took to social media on Tuesday and said: "This is Camp Nou. Our home. Our temple. Our fortress."
Along with the phrase, the club shared a video of some important moments of the club's history, featuring Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez. The publication ends with: "Mes que un club."
With just over 24 hours to go until this week's first leg meeting, things are now hotting up.

I think we need to give a lesson to klopp and Liverpool....how can talk such statements which hurt other club's sentiment.....camp nou is the place from where a race ruled by others learned to stand up and put their head straight up...this is the place from where we learned to dream with Johan cryuff and soul and legacy of that great man is still alive at every piece of grass in it....If it is not a temple then what is???
