Milan have reportedly decided to pay the €35m necessary to turn Tiemoue Bakayoko’s loan from Chelsea permanent this summer.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Bakayoko has ‘succeeded’ in winning over Milan boss Gennaro Gattuso.
Consequently there is an ‘increasing’ expectation of the deal going through, although it could be funded by the possible sale of Franck Kessie.
The newspaper writes Gattuso will meet Kessie on Thursday for ‘face-to-face’ talks, where the Ivorian is likely to be handed a ‘heavier’ fine than Lucas Biglia after their Derby d’Italia spat.
That would be because the Rossoneri are ‘angrier’ with the former Atalanta man than Biglia, with La Gazzetta essentially corroborating Tuttomercatoweb’s report from last week.

When everyone wrote Bakayoko off i never stopped believing in him. The potential has always been there since the days of Monaco and i am most delighted AC Milan see what i saw in him. The decision making in Chelsea is pathetic, their loss is Milan's gain. Shine on, Tiemue Bakayoko. From an Arsenal fan.
