Just months since his return to Spurs, it's been suggested Paratici is now in advanced negotiations to take charge of Serie A's bottom-of-the-table Fiorentina.
However, the Daily Mail says Spurs have not fielded any approach from Fiorentina for Paratici.
The Italian returned to Spurs in October after serving a two-and-a-half year FIFA ban for his role in Juventus' book-keeping scandal.
In Italy, it's reported Paratici is ready to accept a five-year contract offer from Fiorentina to replace former sporting director Daniele Prade, who resigned last week after the dismissal of coach Stefano Pioli.
