Trabzonspor out of Europa League after 0-4 loss to Ferencváros; Salah off after 64 minutes

In the second leg of the Europa League play-offs, Trabzonspor lost 0-4 away to Hungarian side Ferencváros TC, suffering a 0-5 aggregate defeat over two legs. The club will now compete in the Europa Conference League.

Malinovskyi was sent off with a red card in the 13th minute, forcing Trabzonspor to play with 10 men for most of the match. They trailed 0-1 at halftime.

In the 57th minute, Lopes-Cabral received a second yellow card and was sent off. Trabzonspor were trailing 0-2 at the time.

By the 59th minute, Trabzonspor were down 0-3, and the match was effectively decided. Salah was substituted in the 64th minute after a quiet performance, recording only 12 passes with no shots on target, no key passes, and no successful dribbles.

Following Salah's departure, his former Liverpool teammate Naby Keita came on as a substitute for Ferencváros TC in the 83rd minute.

Salah and Onana will represent Trabzonspor in next season's Europa Conference League.
