Chelsea near £75m Zaha deal
Chelsea are in pole position to sign £75 million-rated Crystal Palace winger Wilfried Zaha, the Mirror claims.
Tottenham, initially leading the race for the signing of the Ivorian forward, have dropped their interest in the player due to the Eagles' asking price.
Chelsea are now cleared to sign the 25-year-old before the Premier League summer transfer window closes on August 9.
Bordeaux reach agreement with Gent for Kalu
Bordeaux have reached an agreement to sign Nigeria's Samuel Kalu from Gent this summer, the club announced.
Kalu has two years left on his contract with the Belgian top-flight side and reportedly has a release clause of €8 million.
The 20-year-old who scored seven goals in 37 appearances across all competitions last term has been chosen as a replacement for Malcom who left for Barcelona this month.
West Ham end Brahimi pursuit
West Ham United will no longer pursue Algeria international Yacine Brahimi, according to Sky Sports .
An agreement has been reached between both clubs but personal terms could not be agreed between the player and the Premier League club.

Marseille are considering a season-long loan deal for Nigeria and Porto midfielder Mikel Agu, Le10 Sport reports.
The French Ligue 1 side are interested in strengthening their midfield with the 25-year-old who spent last season on loan at Bursaspor.
Marseille are preparing a loan offer with an option to sign the midfielder permanently at the end of the season.

Cameroon have appointed Dutch legends Clarence Seedorf and Patrick Kluivert as their national team head coach and assistant coach respectively.

Cameroon legend Samuel Eto'o has ended his seven months union with Konyaspor by mutual consent, the club announced .
The four-time African Footballer of the Year joined the Turkish Super Lig side from rivals Antalyaspor in January and went on to score six goals in 14 appearances.

Leicester & Monaco agree Ghezzal deal
Monaco and Leicester City have reached a €14m agreement for the transfer of Algeria international attacker Rachid Ghezzal, according to Lequipe .
The 26-year-old is expected to replace Riyad Mahrez at the King Power Stadium and also link up with manager Claude Puel who he worked with at Lyon.
Ghezzal has been permitted by the French giants to travel to England for talks and a medical on Friday.
Iwobi signs new Arsenal deal
Nigeria international Alex Iwobi has signed a new four-year contract with Arsenal.

Ahmed Musa joins Saudi club Al Nassr
Saudi Arabia top-flight club Al Nassr have completed the signing of Ahmed Musa on a four-year deal from Leicester City.
Both clubs reportedly agreed on a £14.8m fee with several add-ons, which will see the deal rise to as high as £25m.
Zaha wants Chelsea move
Crystal Palace forward Wilfried Zaha is ready to push for a move to Chelsea this summer, the Mirror reports.
Zaha rejected an improved deal worth £125,000-a-week earlier this summer and has told his teammates of his desire to join Maurizio Sarri's team before the transfer window closes on August 9.
