Goal takes a look at the biggest transfer news and rumours from the Premier League, La Liga, Serie A and beyond
Man City & Man Utd in for Mbappe
Manchester United and Manchester City are considering ambitious bids for Paris Saint-Germain star Kylian Mbappe, The Mirror says.
The Ligue 1 champions will have to start paying the gargantuan fee the agreed with Monaco to sign the 19-year-old attacker, but are being investigated by UEFA over their lavish spending.
The Manchester sides will be ready to swoop in if PSG find themselves in trouble, with United considering offering Anthony Martial and a large sum in exchange for him.
Mahrez puts Man City deal at risk
Riyad Mahrez's move to Manchester City could fail to materialise because of his demands of a part of the transfer fee, The Sun reports.
City have long been after the Algeria star and are ready to snap him up this summer in a deal that could cost £75 million ($99m).
However, Mahrez is demanding a cut of the profit after playing a starring role for the Foxes and the hierarchy are reluctant to give in.
Kante race heats up between Barca, Real & PSG
Real Madrid are leading the race to sign Chelsea star N'Golo Kante, but Paris Saint-Germain and Barcelona are still in, Le Parisien reports.
The midfielder is contracted to Chelsea until 2021, but offers are expected to swarm in, as PSG director Antero Henrique has already been in London to discuss a deal with the Blues.
However, Madrid have made him a top priority, while Barca continue to hold an interest.
Man Utd target Jose Gaya as Alex Sandro alternative
Manchester United have given up on their pursuit of Juventus star Alex Sandro and will turn to Jose Gaya instead, reports The Mirror.
The Old Trafford side had the Brazilian at the top of their list of targets this summer but will not meet Juve's asking price.
Instead, Valencia left-back Jose Gaya, who is expected to cost around £30 million ($40m).
Barcelona to sell Yerry Mina
Yerry Mina will leave Barcelona after just half a season at the club, Sport claims.
The 23-year-old defender joined the club from Palmeiras in January and made six appearances for the first-team but is not part of Ernesto Valverde's plans for next season.
The imminent arrival of Arthur Melo from Gremio means the Catalan side will have too many foreign players, leaving Mina out in the cold.
Juventus eye De Ligt & Godin
Juventus will turn their attention to Ajax star Matthijs de Ligt and Atletico Madrid's Diego Godin if they lose Medhi Benatia and Daniele Rugani, Gazzetta dello Sport reports.
The Serie A side fear losing Rugani to Chelsea if the Blues make a big enough offer and see the 18-year-old Netherlands international as an ideal option.
With uncertainty surrounding Benatia, it will be Uruguay veteran Godin they look to as the experienced star to step in to the back line.
Inter hoping to snap up Carvalho
Inter will try to sign William Carvalho this summer, but are hesitant because of his situation with Sporting, according to Gianluca Di Marzio.
Carvalho is one of several players to have cancelled his contract with Sporting, but the Portuguese side are threatening legal action against each of them.
With the possibility of FIFA getting involved, Inter will have to consider whether it is worth the trouble before they make their move.
Everton want Loftus-Cheek and Wilshere
Everton are hoping to boost their midfield by landing Jack WIlshere and Ruben Loftus-Cheek this summer, The Mirror says.
The Toffees are confident of persuading Wilshere to head to Goodison Park in the hunt for regular football and will try to get Loftus-Cheek on loan from Chelsea after he impressed at Crystal Palace.
Abdou Diallo agrees Dortmund move
Mainz centre-back Abdou Diallo has agreed to join Borussia Dortmund, L'Equipe claims.
The 22-year-old Frenchman had attracted interest from Lyon, but has opted to stay in Germany by linking up with the Bundesliga title hopefuls.
Liverpool make €180m Asensio bid
Liverpool have made a €180 million (£158m/$210m) bid for Real Madrid midfielder Marco Asensio, reports Mundo Deportivo.
The midfielder has a €700m release clause in his contract, and new manager Julen Lopetegui is keen to keep the 22-year-old.
However, they will examine Liverpool's offer, with Jurgen Klopp looking for midfield reinforcements.

I can stake my odds on this kid to win the balloon d'or before Neymar does. this kid has no self pride, want no name or media captivating stories about him. He is so focused on the game and let's his ball talk for him. He has Ronaldos thinking of always wanting to win, wanting more and never satisfied.

The only reason mbappe would not go to real Madrid last season was that he would not have play time in Madrid and it would be a blow to his world cup dream. now he is at the world cup now and if a move is to be inevitable for him now then it sure would be back to Madrid especially now DT bale and Ronaldos future are yet undecided.

In my view I think Mourinho does not know what he is doing. Replacing Martial with Mbappe is joke of a century. Martial is far more superior. This is one more reason to suggest JM does not know how to make talented players shine. Selling Martial will be the biggest mistake of his coaching career.

I hope Mbappe don't go to man United because his destiny will be the same as martial( failure) . stay at PSG, you are guaranteed a starting spot and honoured by your owner. trust me, you will be a success there . if you want to leave, go to a club like arsenal or Liverpool where they can get the best out of you and achieve success there in the future Good luck

How can Manchester United be link with Mbappe with Mourihno have failed to develop the young players in his team?
Must you be so stupid to see the development in Lingard and Mctominay? Even Rashford have his career best goal last season

mbappe is already getting sufficient chances at psg
Fair chance in competitive English Premier league where there no one club dominates but all teams. French Lique 1 is not great like EPL.

i wud be careful about mbape if i were city or man u.his breakout season was a hit but his already slowed down this season,it could be because of neymar or maybe other teams just know him now.and moreover the premier league is way to physical and tactical most stars from the french league dont dominate the premier league bcoz that league way too easy.but he is great pace and trickery and he is still so young so he most likely maybe a good investment.i mean what do i know am just a chelsea fan and my team cant sign big players bcoz we are not in ucl

mbape still needs time to strengthen himself though I don't doubt his ability I think its better for him to stay in Paris for at least two more seasons so he could do much and earn more respect in the club and leave with honor

Like Wenger said, he attempted to sign few world class players years ago, including C Ronaldo, But didn't get succeeded. If he did signed all those, his team would have been known today as the best and strongest club in the world. And now,,, Jose Mourinho, from Man United is attempting every pop up players who plays well in a single match or a season. Once he finished signing all those players, Man United will be ready to bring all the trophies they are after... And congratulations for that in advance. 🙏For Mourinho. 😂😂😂

Barcelona should not sell yerry Mina I don't simply get why??? is it because he wasn't able to impress last season he's just a new signing and deserves some more time to sort things out they should give him a little bit of time space so he can improve himself and the least Barcelona can do is loan him to a club where he's playing qualities can be attained and brought to the highest level. it would be disappointing to see Barça sell Mina he will do wonders for the club in the future no player at the Club is a flop he just needs more time at least I know he will improve quickly.. #Forca Barça 💪
