Barca offer Rakitic, Dembele on loan and €130m to Neymar, which is approved by PSG coach Thomas Tuchel, according to L'Equipe.
As the Sport newspaper has revealed, Barça's latest proposal would include Rakitic, €130m as well as the loan of Dembele for one year. And the PSG coach Tuchel has approved this offer.
L'Equipe has also claimed that Dembele's attitude will be the key in this exchange.

Pls read and understand the article well. Dembele is not going to be swapped, he is to be loaned out for a year with no option to buy as part of the deal which means he will return to Camp Nou in 2020. To me, this deal looks good and fair for both sides

As long as dembele is there on loan, WITHOUT the option to buy that is a good deal. With him staying we would have too many offensive players. Let's give Suarez another first team season and Dembele some experience. Next year Griez, Ney and Dembele can rotate, maybe even play alone while Messi rests
