Turkey coach Vincenzo Montella says Juventus midfielder Kenan Yildiz deserves comparisons with Alessandro del Piero.
Montella is happy working with the Turkish youngster.
He told RAI Radio: "Yildiz is a very young player with huge ambitions and never settles. Kenan is a complete player; he started playing for the national team when he still lacked consistency at Juve.
"His immense quality was already evident. It's not easy to play in the number 10 shirt at 19. This year I see him as more consistent and aware. I don't know how similar they are, but in terms of characteristics, he's very similar to Del Piero."
Montella also commented on Inter Milan's Turkey midfielder Hakan Calhanoglu.
He said: "He's an extraordinary player in his position, there are few of his calibre. Last year he had a few too many physical setbacks, and he wasn't in the best shape this summer.
"But I see him clearly improving; he played an extraordinary match against Juve. He's crucial for us, but also for Inter for a few more years."
