Vinicius Junior continues to recall his sporting career in chapters on Instagram, with the latest episode dedicated to his first-ever Madrid derby, in which he says that Atletico Madrid B's players fouled him over 20 times and even bit him.
The Real Madrid winger made his senior debut under Julen Lopetegui's stewardship against Los Rojiblancos, and Vinicius uploaded a video of moments from an encounter he had with Atleti for Castilla.
"I thought the rivalry was more between the senior teams, but they fouled me more than 20 times and tried to bite me," Vinicius explained.
"At the time I thought it was nothing, but then you see the video and he tried to bite me. I was yellow carded."
Vinicius did actually score two goals in that match, and he would be hopeful of doing the same in the upcoming LaLiga Santander match, where the result has title race implications.
