Spain's Paco Alcacer, Belgium's Romelu Lukaku, France's Kylian Mbappe, Netherlands' Virgil van Dijk and Brazil's Neymar Jr are the five nominees for our All Football Player of the Week, four of which have also been included in our All Football Team of the Week.
1. Paco Alcácer
9 goals in 8 appearances in all competitions, the Spaniard continues to prove that Barca have made a big mistake letting him go.
Alcacer's insane start to the season proceeded with his first appearance for Spain since March 2016.
The Dortmund striker was the shining star in Wales as he scored a double within 21 minutes to seal a 4-1 win for Spain.
2. Romelu Lukaku
The Man Utd striker has shown again he is a goal machine on the international stage.
Lukaku scored a brace, including a 84-minute winner, to help Belgium seal a 2-1 win over Switzerland topping Nations League group 2.
The 25-year-old has now scored 2+ goals in 8 of his last 18 games for Belgium and has bagged home 14 goals since the start of 2018.
3. Kylian Mbappé
Kylian to the rescue.
Mbappe came off the bench to eliminate 2-goal deficit and almost single-handedly forced a 2-2 draw for France with Iceland.
The 19-year-old forced an 86-minute own goal of Iceland and converted a 90-minute penalty to save the World Cup champions from home defeat.
4. Virgil van Dijk
The Netherlands captain can be the best defender in the world, if not now, in the near future.
Van Dijk opened the scoring for Netherlands to lift his country to a 3-0 win over struggling Germany.
The Liverpool defensive rock has completed 9 clearances, 3 interceptions and 3 aerials won, with a 90% pass accuracy.
5. Neymar Jr
Leaders do what leaders do in a team.
Neymar laid on two brilliant assists, one for Gabriele Jesus and the other for Alex Sandro, to seal a comfortable 2-0 friendly win over Saudi Arabia.
The Brazil forward continued his red-hot form as he registered 13 goals and 9 assists for his club and country in the recent 13 matches.
Feel free to leave your thoughts and suggestions in comments section. The winner of the vote will be announced tommorrow.

Paco Alcacer deserves it for sure. No doubt for that. But here it's based on fans and all. So I am not sure if the deserved player will get the designation. All the best Paco Alcacer.

I don't understand why they always pick up goal scorer as if to be a good player u must be an attacker. Virgil Van Dik merit to win player of the week because he was the force behind one of the most humiliating defeat Germany has ever received for quite some time now. He is a leader and above all scored a beautiful goal.

an out of the box shout is Virgil Van dijk. People often only notice the goals , assists and tricks which are done at the other end of the pitch . but Vvd has done lot of defensive work for Netherlands and is donning the role of Captian with ease . He played really well against Germany making multiple tackles and interceptions to keep the germans at bay and the cherry on top of the cake was him scoring in the first few minutes to set the tempo of the game . He is definitely one of the best in the world in his position
