Why would Chelsea suffer two decisive loss against 2 small teams [ Bournemouth and Watford ] with 3 goals margin while they still have Manchester United, Manchester City, Liverpool and Tottenham to play. People will say that the cause for this defeat is Bakayoko’s red card but it’s not because Chelsea was not a man down when Bournemouth won from away 0 - 3, conceding 7 hot goals in just 2 matches I think Conte should change his back 3, Chelsea playing like this when they have in the Next 14 days I wonder how they would cope in that match. All this is the board's fault. By not empowering their managers makes it easy for the players to underperform as they know the board will bail them out. When the players know the manager isn't going anywhere they have no choice but to perform plus they will know the manager will have a go at them, the manager has to be in the strong position just Man United under Ferguson. It has to feel like it's the manager that owns the club and the players will RESPECT HIM. When did we ever heard abt the owners of Man United trying to sack Fergie except for the first few years at the helm? NEVER. They stood by their manager thru and thru and, at least from the outside, his decisions were 90% unquestioned. And with that it makes the players look at the manager as he is the CLUB. They will Respect him, Fear him and Love him. We saw that at Man United. At Chelsea players easily become cowards, they did it with Mourinho twice , Ancelotti and now Conte. But this is the result of the board being a MESS themselves so I put this slumps that Chelsea seem to always have SQUARELY ON THE BOARD.

Although Chelsea lost to Watford, it was an amazing game. Both the team played very well. But they have to improve their game because the big match with Barcelona is near. It's not that if u lose with Watford ur gonna lose with Barcelona. My whole class support Barcelona and I am the only one who supports chelsea.
