The young Frenchman can go close if he stays humble and injury free, and providing he chooses the right career path as well. But I don’t see anyone else of his age and playing in his position coming through at the moment who will push him in the same way Messi and Ronaldo have pushed each other.Kylian Mbappe is a very talented boy, but he isn’t going to be the next Messi-ah. Nor the next Ronaldo, for that matter, even if it might have looked that way on Saturday. Mbappe was the star of the show as France knocked out Lionel Messi’s Argentina, just a few hours before Cristiano Ronaldo and his Portuguese chums were sent packing, too. And to a degree, maybe there was some sort of ceremonial handing over of the baton from the two greats to Mbappe and the other bright young stars in their teens and early twenties.

Why they even compare a kid like mbappe to a Legendary Player like Ronaldo & Messi ! They both are on different level!! That’s right mbappe is good, But Messi & Ronaldo were Beasts when they were in Mbappe age ! Stop comparing him for the best players in the history! Messi & Ronaldo are incomparable! They are the best in the history & they are already proving this Every match ! Please stop disrespecting them & just enjoy them play in their top tier !

I don't think Mbappe will be better than the great Cristiano Ronaldo. He is one of the greatest footballers of all time. Of course Mbappe is good but not at the level of CR7.
