Play a different formation. Perhaps 442. This is a decent side dont you think? probably would swap a couple players there. Gomez/Walker, Maguire/Dier, Sterling/Sancho, Rice/Winks, Rashford/CalvertLewin, Chilwell/Saka. So get in a healthy competition and it could see players pushing each other to their best for spots.
