Chelsea's new star signing Joao Felix made a rough start to his time in the Premier League.
Felix signed for the Blues from Atletico Madrid on loan until the end of the season earlier this month and made his debut against Fulham.
However, despite looking bright in the opening stages, the forward was shown a straight red card after 58 minutes for a dangerous tackle on Kenny Tete.
He has already missed Chelsea's 1-0 win over Crystal Palace and will remain on the sidelines for another two important clashes.
When will Joao Felix return from suspension?
Felix will return from suspension on Saturday, February 11.
The 23-year-old will likely be back in the Chelsea squad for their game with West Ham at the London Stadium.
This means he will miss the Blues' huge meeting with Liverpool before sitting out against Fulham as they head to Stamford Bridge.
Felix's absence is costing Chelsea around £3million with the Portuguese international earning £250,000 a week.
The club will have to pay him £1m while he sits out, alongside the fees they paid Atletico for the loan to be completed.
Graham Potter's side will be keen for their new man to return as they continue to languish in mid-table in the Premier League.
After an impressive first viewing, up until his red card at least, Felix looks like he could provide some positivity to a struggling Blues side.

Even if Alex Ferguson will be the official ref, Gary Neville and Rooney in VAR, Manchester United will not escape being beaten on Sunday.

He was sent off as a result of the useless pass from Koulibaly. I believe Felix will come back more ambitious
