I understand you will talk to him privately, but his indiscipline behaviors require a serious action to set precedent to all players. The game was breaking down and he along with Mbappe weren't helping the team defensively, that means the coach had to sacrifice one of them. Considering his replacement being Rodrigo another great talent, it was wise enough to sacrifice Vinicius before Mbappe, which the coach did. Ancelloti never did well to help Vinicius, coz every time he defended him even in situations that were tarnishing the reputation of the club. Madrid needs to let Vinicius go, and keep Rodrigo.
