Young: Sometimes Man Utd players seem not even know their teammates

Manchester United's performance this season has drawn criticism from former player Young. Young believes that one of the team's biggest problems is a lack of communication and on-field leadership.

He said: "This team must improve communication. Sometimes it looks like they don't even know their teammates. It's really hard to watch. You look at the fans on the sidelines, and they're probably wondering what they just saw. Of course, there are a lot of young players on the team, but there must be more leaders on the field who can take responsibility."
