Zinedine Zidane said Gareth Bale is close to leaving Real Madrid after he was left out of Saturday's International Champions Cup clash against Bayern Munich.
Zidane spoke about Bale's move in press conference: 'The club is trying to sell Gareth Bale. We will see what will happen in the coming days.'
'Gareth Bale wasn't in the matchday squad today because the club is negotiating his departure...I hope it's soon, that would be the best for everyone.'
'It's nothing personal against Gareth. It's just I have to take decisions. These things happen.'
