Right now Casemiro is playing much better and Busqets is on a decline but prime Busqets is better than anything Casemiro has got. I don't think Casemiro is even as good as Fabinho.

You can't compare them, busquets is perfectly suited for barca's style of play.... He is at a decline, but still on his day he is unplayable, his defensive awareness is second to none and he knows how to keep and pass the ball. As for casimero, he is an enforcer a freaking warrior in the midfield always giving 100% for his team... Both are great for their teams

The only department Casemiro is better than Busquets is the physicality and Tackling. Technically Busquets is better than Casemiro, as a modern all round midfielder Casemiro is better but as a pivotal creating defensive mid Sergio is better. Casemiro had been better this season, But Prime Busquets makes all other dms today look like kids.

They can't be compered. Busquets is a proper CDM, whereas Casemiro is a CM. Busquets keeps the own half momentum mostly and Casemiro is so often committed to upfront. They can't simply be compared. They are perfect at their own positions for their own teams.
