Look at managers like Pep and Ancelotti and the number of trophies they’ve won. Three UCLs alone don’t prove long-term success. He still needs to show consistency. And with the quality of Madrid’s squad then, his achievements weren’t some massive overperformance. We need a repetition of that success.
