Achraf, Reguilon and Odegaard all score, but not for Real Madrid

Real Madrid loanees Achraf Hakimi, Sergio Reguilon and Martin Odegaard have hit the ground running in the 2019/20 campaign, creating both doubts and pleasure back at their parent club.

Los Blancos' fans could be wondering whether the three players deserved a chance to prove their worth at Zidane Zidane's side, following their great numbers in the first stretch of the season.

Achraf: A brace from both sides

The Moroccan played in midfield and scored twice in Borussia Dortmund's away win at Slavia Prague, with one of his goals coming from the right-hand side and the other from the left.

His two-year loan spell draws to a close next summer and Real Madrid have to decide whether his future lies in the Spanish capital.

Reguilon's return depends on Marcelo

Zidane made it clear that the young left-back should be loaned out to gain playing time, with Reguilon joining Sevilla in the summer to re-join forces with Julen Lopetegui, his former coach at Real Madrid.

Meanwhile, the injuries to Jordi Alba and Jose Gaya could make space for him in the Spanish national team for their upcoming games against Norway and Sweden.

In July he is expected to return to Los Blancos, and with Ferland Mendy recently joining the club, his continuity will depend on Marcelo's performance this season.

Odegaard: Fresh air for the midfield

The Norwegian returned to LaLiga Santander to join Real Sociedad on loan in the summer.

His first few performances with the Basques have been impressive and he has been one of the revelations of the 2019/20 season so far.

As MARCA reported last week, Real Madrid have yet to decide what they plan to do with Odegaard's future.

A move back to Los Blancos this January has been ruled out and the club will make their decision next summer, once his first season back in Spain has come to an end.
