Ajax celebrated the Dutch domestic double in front of their fans at the Museum Plaza in Amsterdam. The team had a great season and came within seconds of reaching the Champions League final too.
Sporting director Marc Overmars gave a special message to Frenkie de Jong, the midfielder who is leaving to join Barcelona this summer.
"Frenkie, we wish you the best at Barca," said Overmars, who played for the Catalans between 2000-04.
"He's going to Barcelona but we're very proud of what we've done at Ajax. We wish him the best and hope that not too many other players leave us, although it will be difficult. Frenkie, thanks for everything."
