few weeks ago, Athleti said it's 100m for alvarez. That if barca wants the player, they should pay 100m or nothing and they also said they will not accept anything like player exchange in the deal that if barca are serious about alvarez they should pay 100m cash. Fast forward to today they are surprised and shocked that barca has 100m on the table for alvarez without blinking. they can figure out how a so call "financially broken" club like barca has 100m for alvarez after just splash 70M two days before for another. Few weeks back they weren't talking about barca having referees and vice president on their payroll but suddenly it's been a talking aspect because barca has 100M on the table for alvarez. Athleti don't want to even think that they are about to loose to barca in this deal. they have seen that money will not hold back barca from getting alvarez and they are talking trash. But news flash, alvarez is barca bound and he will score against them next season. That free kick he scored against barca, Athleti should get ready to conceive that same goal from Julian next season.
