Ansu Fati leads Barca B win with Marcus McGuane also on target

The teenage forward scored twice in the 3-0 win over Santfeliuenc

Barça B picked up their first win of preseason against Santfeliuenc (3-0) on Wednesday in a friendly played at the Ciudad Deportiva Joan Gamper. The star of the show was U19s forward Ansu Fati, who scored twice in the 45 minutes that he played. 

Garcia Pimienta, who's taking advantage of friendlies to give everyone a chance, started with Carevic in goal, Morer, Araujo, Comas and Vilarrasa in defence, Busquets, Lucas and Reis in midfield and Ansu, Serrano and Kike in attack. 

Barça were superior from the start with Ansu Fati electric, taking apart the opposition defence. The forward, who's recently renewed, is supposed to be alternative between Barça B and the U19s but looks like a real starter for the B team at the moment. 

In the first 45 minutes, Araujo also did well in defence and Ludovit Reis and Lucas de Vega impressed in the middle.

In the second half, García Pimienta went with Sergi Puig; Morer, Mingueza, Cuenca, Vilarrasa; Busquets, Reis, McGuane; Peque, Gabriel Novaes and Kike. With some changes, Barça remained on top, with McGuane adding the third goal after a good counter-attack.
