The Spanish government's anti-violence commission has taken action against Sevilla's ultras group, the Biris Norte, for what they call "repeated disobedience".
Of the 212 complaints taken to the commission, only 140 reached a firm sanction in 2017 and even in their most successful year, 2016, they finalised just 198 of the 367 proposals made.
When the cases are specifically about fans' groups, the success rate is even lower.
On this occasion, the specific incidents came in Sevilla's games against Lazio on 20 February and Barcelona on 22 February.
Other sanctions
Atletico Madrid were also fined two 20,000 euros penalties for failing to control their fans against both Juventus and Villarreal.
Meanwhile, Barcelona's Champions League game with Lyon has been labelled as 'high risk', as all European games are.
