Martinelli went off injured in the first 20 minutes after failing to recover from a challenge by Moises Caicedo

Gabriel Martinelli was captured walking round the Emirates pitch in a protective boot after the 3-0 defeat to Brighton & Hove Albion this evening.
The Gunners' medical team had been keeping an eye on Martinelli just minutes before he was withdrawn after he gave them a 'thumbs up' when trying to sprint. Martinelli received treatment a few minutes earlier following a strong challenge from Arsenal target Moises Caicedo, with the 21-year-old's ankle appearing to get trapped underneath the sliding leg of the Ecuadorian.
Unfortunately for Arsenal, though, he was unable to continue and promptly headed straight down the tunnel after he was taken off and the winger now faces a fight to avoid missing the rest of the season with just two games remaining. Martinelli was captured on the bench in the second half and then seen walking around the turf post-match as Arsenal's title hopes were all but ended by the Seagulls.
The Gunners were beaten 3-0 by Roberto de Zerbi's men as Julio Enciso, Deniz Undav and Pervis Estupinan all got on the scoresheet in the second half. Manchester City now just need one win from their remaining three matches to guarantee their third Premier League title in a row following their 3-0 win at Everton earlier in the day.

I was in the stadium and you Indian think you saw the match.Did you see how he barged into Mitoma? A red card offence. He was lucky to escape. If you have a store that has a TV in your neighborhood, politely ask them to call you when the game is replayed.

Target was top 4. You are Top 2. Congratulations to Arsenal for finishing on target. Position 1 was a bonus. Whatever happens, Arteta remains a star!

Martinelli was not hurt that badly. He was just scared because after his brutal challenge on Mitoma , the Brighton players targeted him and paid him in his own currency. He brought it on himself. He wanted to hurt the key 🔑 player for Brighton but ended up scared himself
