There is some good news for Real Madrid forward Gareth Bale in this difficult week and the Welshman will not be sanctioned for his sleeve cutting celebration against Atletico Madrid in LaLiga Santander.
LaLiga had transferred the complaint to the competition committee of the federation, describing the celebration as 'encouraging provocation to the public'.
"The gesture was possibly obscene," LaLiga's explanation of the act said.
However, the committee have decided not to sanction the gesture, leaving Bale free to feature in both of this week's El Clasico meetings with Barcelona.
Santiago Solari now has a decision to make and has to choose whether or not to trust the Welshman from the start.
