The Spanish Minister of Health confirmed Valencia-Atalanta, Barcelona-Napoli, Sevilla-Roma and Getafe-Inter should be played behind closed doors due to the Coronavirus outbreak.
Minister of Health Salvador Illa made the announcement this evening, although at this stage it is only a recommendation.
The first leg of Atalantaβs Champions League tie ended 4-1 at San Siro and the return in the Round of 16 is set for Tuesday March 10.
Since that game was played, the spread of the Coronavirus has intensified, particularly in the Lombardy region, where Atalanta are based.
Inter Milan is also in Lombardy, so their Europa League trip to Getafe would be affected.
The change is in news Sevilla-Roma is involved, because Rome is not one of the areas that has been affected by the spread of the illness.
Neither has Naples, yet the second leg of the Barcelona-Napoli Champions League Round of 16 is also mentioned as a potential game behind closed doors.
If the Spanish games are to be played behind closed doors, it is likely the Italy-based fixtures would be subjected to the same restrictions.

That Spanish Minister of Health is very stupid to Say such Rubbish... You think Champions league is Europa league?. Barcelona can not play that Match Behind Closed door. Is not Possible.
I don't think he is as it isn't about club. It's about health risk and preventing it.

there is no Corona virus in Spain. therefore you stop the away fans from coming since the virus is there. you cannot punish Barca for the Italian sin.
Cases have been reported in Barcelona recently. About 153 cases so far in Spain. Sad but true.

No it's not a good idea. In Italy where it's more serious, they played with their home fans,we also need the fans.Football with your home fans is not the same as football without fans.It will rather be advisable to limit the influx of away fans.
a match is not important than people lives
