According to COPE reports, part of the Barca board of directors believes that the PSG will systematically reject any offer for Neymar.
PSG have already rejected any offers for Neymar from Barca. Besides, PSG coach Tuchel won't let Neymar leave for the reason of no placement and he is ready to include Neymar in his squad for the upcoming match.
COPE also mentions that Neymar’s contract will have a liberation clause of 170 million euros in 2020.

From the looks of it psg aren't ready to loose Thier starman which means the possibility of neymar leaving the club is quite uncertain....Paris already have mbappe even in the absence of neymar he alone was able to carry the team and push the team forward it's obvious Neymar desires for European taste once again that's the only thing psg is lacking they aren't good in European competitions..If Paris were a very strong and solid side in the Champions league I don't think Neymar would leave unless it's a big money move
