Barcelona centre-half Marlon is to leave for Sassuolo in a deal of around 12 million euros, MARCA can confirm.
There is agreement between the clubs and now it is down to the player and club to settle personal terms.
Marlon spent last season on loan at Nice where he performed well and sparked interest from other clubs this summer.
