Barcelona have now publicised their plans to give a complete makeover to the club's facilities, from the Camp Nou to the Espai Barca.
A referendum will ultimately have the final say on what happens, but the Catalans want to take things to the next level on an 18-hectare plot in the centre of the city. The idea is to have new offices built, as well as a hotel. There will also be new facilities including an ice rink and urban development in the surrounding areas.
Barcelona's new campus will be integrated into the complex, with them hoping to have the biggest sports and entertainment space in all of Europe. Of course, the Camp Nou is part of the renovation plans as well.
