Atletico Madrid president Enrique Cerezo was at something of a loss trying to describe the 300 euro fine handed to Barcelona for their pursuit of Antoine Griezmann.
The Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) decided on Thursday to hit the Catalans with the small fine, and Cerezo is confused by the decision.
"I saw the 300 euros they've fined Barcelona," he said to Radio MARCA and Cope's El Partidazo.
"It's not very normal. The regulation says it has to be that way."
