Bayern Munich officials have reportedly cancelled plans to fly to London to discuss their interest in Harry Kane.

Representatives from the Bundesliga champions were scheduled to fly to London on Friday, but the talks will no longer go ahead as planned.

According to a report from Sky Sports Germany, while Bayern bosses will not travel to London on Friday, negotiations between the two club's over Kane's future remain ongoing.

The report also states that the cancellation does not suggest that discussions between the two clubs have collapsed and a rescheduled meeting has been arranged for early next week.

Bayern officials are said to have initially chartered a private jet to fly from Oberpfaffenhofen at 10am on Friday before returning to Bavaria the same evening.

However, German publication Bild claims plans were altered on Thursday evening after eagle-eyed fans spotted the scheduled travel arrangements on flight radar sites.

Thomas Tuchel's side made an initial offer worth nearly £70million for the Spurs captain that was rejected earlier this month.

Despite their initial interest being rebuffed, Bayern are growing increasingly confident that they will be able to sign the 30-year-old who has just one year remaining on his current deal at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
