David Beckham wished former Real Madrid teammate Zinedine Zidane a happy birthday on Tuesday.
The Englishman recalled sharing some terrific times with the Frenchman during their time together at the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu.
"Happy birthday my dear friend, Zidane," Beckham wrote in French on Instagram.
Along with the message, Beckham posted a video of his cross-field assist for a sweet Zidane volley back when they played together.
"We have shared some amazing moments. This is definitely one of my favourites," he said of that goal.
"Proud to have been your teammate."
