Karim Benzema has sent a heartwarming message to Victorina, a 100-year-old woman who appears to be his biggest fan.
Victorina became known to Benzema and Real Madrid after she couldn't stop talking about the striker while she was being vaccinated against COVID-19.
After hearing about the anecdote, Benzema sent Victorina a signed Real Madrid shirt and recorded a video message for her.
"Hello Victorina, how's it going? Sending you hugs and my best wishes. See you soon!" Benzema said in the video, blowing her a kiss at the end.
"I don't think any other gift could've made her more excited," said Victorina's nephew on Twitter.
"It's like she's a teenager again.
"It's a nice touch from the player and the club."
